Maintenance Associate Eddie, was amazing and a joy to have around. Completed tasks fast and reliable with a big smile. That’s how you do service.The front office workers are amazing as well with their due diligence and task handling operations and process. To make everything right and handled it with a smile.
Christine was so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! Every layout was very beautiful and she made sure to give us in depth detail about each one. She really helped me a lot and had such a refreshing personality! This was a very great experience and I can’t wait to do my application!
The maintenance team at the Hampton properties are very respectful and helpful. Nathan and Eddie are always kind and proficient. They always get the job done and are always willing to lend a helping hand. We appreciate you guys.
Had an issue with my door being locked a couple months ago due to a broken handle, called after hours maintenance team and fixed it within 20 minutes just wanna say thank you for stopping by so fast, unit that I’m currently in is nice and have no complaints and have been here for almost 2 years, The staff are super nice and helpful as well so no issues with that as well.
Had a great experience staying here. Everyone treated me good and maintenance had good response time if they were needed. Christine Casinger was my consultant and she did a great job and was very nice. Great place to stay!!
