I went back to the Veterans affairs, if that says anything! i was refered to Nana by the Veterans affairs, because they could not get me in for 3 months. So my bill was covered. My daughter also went to Nana but hers was covered under private insurance. So on a regular basis I was called in regards to fixing a problem with the insurance company! so there issue not mine, but them was made mine! Nana is amazing and so is all in office
I believe that Nana and her assistant should improve their professionalism. If you're looking for a medication management provider, it might be worth considering other options. I'm currently in the process of finding a different provider.
