My first time renting my home the team was friendly and communicative. I was a bit taken a back when they never mentioned I would need a renters permit. I had to bring to their attention. I wonder also the vetting process they used because the person they found to rent my home ended up costing me a lot of money for repairs, after she BROKE THE LEASE. When using this company make sure you do your own due diligence.

We recently listed our house with Michael Stachnik of Hampton Properties in Westhampton Beach. It is a tricky listing because it is owned by 4 people and we are all out of town. In addition, the house needed a lot of repairs. Michael treated the house and my mother with care, recommended only necessary work and communicated to all of us throughout the process.
