Recently I had a personal emergency. I was short on my rent and would be late making the full payment. They were willing to work with me and everything has been resolved. I am very grateful.
The place is beautiful, the neighborhood is amazing. Fernando is seriously the best, he tackles work orders so fast and so efficiently. The only reason it’s not getting a full 5 stars is because about once every couple of weeks, it smells strongly of weed. We’ve lived in two different buildings here and the problem has been the same in both places.

We like living here. We have been here for many years love the area, great staff, great maintenance team! Always willing to help! Close to downtown, close to Legacy walking, hiking, and biking trail.
