great place but the pool is usually very dirty and seems like it doesn’t have regular cleanings. the staff is very friendly and quick to fix things, just wish the pool was cleaned more often but besides that it’s great
Jessica and Heather in the office have been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warmth really make a difference. I’m really enjoying my stay at this apartment complex. The location is peaceful and quiet, which makes it a very comfortable place to live. Very safe apartment complex and there are grocery stores and everything close by the apartment. Love it! Overall, it has been a wonderful experience living here, and I’m very grateful to the team. Review update again! total violation of privacy. Like any other place, they were doing their annual inspection, at the time of doing mine I was half naked in my room and despite of saying that they still came in the apartment and then in my room, when I told the girl that was very disrespectful she said “well we sent messages about it and it has to be done” like I am not paying rent here, this place is ridiculous. I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and move-in was super smooth. Management has been responsive and helpful, and the community feels quiet and safe. Overall, a great place to live, I’d definitely recommend it.
Review update after living here for a few months… unfortunately we haven’t had the best experience, first it was a headache to pay the fees though their system, then the property manager said to my husband that it was okay to park his trailer outside just to come back a week later to tell him that he had to move it ( he bought a trailer because she gave us the green light) and now they are threatening the residence with fines and eviction if they go out with the dogs unleashed which would be understandable if at least this p... read more
