Been in this building 9 years and I have no idea why I have put up with it this long at all. There is no luxury in these luxury apartments. Both of the elevators have had expired permits for at least 6 months each off and on. The sauna room has broken wooden floor panels with slivers of wood poking up and is not safe to walk on.
