They never answer their phone when I call. I leave a voicemail and they never get back to me. Update: They answer via filling out the form on their website faster.
This office really needs to hire staff that answer the phone. I’ve worked admin my whole life and we always answered the telephones. You shouldn’t have to call multiple times with no answer all to leave a message and maybe get a call back.
Leaves me very comfortable to know I am so well “ looked” after by a real pro.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tripp's for 20+ years now (in addition to my whole family). Dr. Tripp and his staff are incredible - always very responsive, they provide transparent advice/care and I feel like they have my best interest at heart. I have always been able to book an appointment quickly and it definitely helps that Dr. Tripp has a fantastic sense of humour and very kind disposition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
