After going here since I was a child (now 27), the experience then vs now couldn’t be more different. It is near impossible to get an appointment here, playing constant phone tag with the receptionists … and even then, they’ll give you a date 6 months away. Dr Tripp has just become a crabby old man, making visits here uncomfortable & often leaving with problems unsolved. It’s time for me to switch eye doctors although I wish them the best
