I have been a patient of Dr. Tripp’s for nearly 20 years. He is a phenomenal Optometrist, and his knowledge and experience are second to none. He takes the time to explain his findings and is incredibly thorough. I think the world of him and am so fortunate to have him as my Optometrist. His administrative assistant, Monica, is lovely and also great to deal with.
They never answer their phone when I call. I leave a voicemail and they never get back to me. Update: They answer via filling out the form on their website faster.
This office really needs to hire staff that answer the phone. I’ve worked admin my whole life and we always answered the telephones. You shouldn’t have to call multiple times with no answer all to leave a message and maybe get a call back.
Leaves me very comfortable to know I am so well “ looked” after by a real pro.
