Shady billing…
Just like everyone on the planet, I am terrified of pain and have a very low pain tolerance. I went to Dr. Serra for a third opinion over the course of a year of having a dental issue and being told nothing was wrong. He immediately recognized the problem and solved it. I will be forever grateful for that.
This was my first appointment and I LOVED it. The staff is soo friendly, accommodating, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. The decor is the cutest decor I’ve ever seen in a dental office. It even smells amazing. My dental hygienist was super thorough and I could feel how clean my teeth were after she was finished. The doctor was also great. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office plus the location is great!
Can’t say enough about my experience so far at this practice. have been seeing Dr Serra for years, so excited he’s practicing back downtown. Everyone has been so kind, helpful, and considerate (admittedly i can be a wimp). My cleaning with Lauren couldn’t have gone better, Anthony did an amazing temporary crown, and Lana worked some magic with figuring out my insurance and somehow getting all the things I needed scheduled within 48 hours of my initial call.
