This office has been shockingly incompetent when it comes to billing and communication. Since December, I have been trying to resolve an issue where I was assigned a dentist not covered by my insurance, despite being told at the visit, and signing paperwork, that my balance would be zero. Lana was so helpful and Dr Serra is great. Came in with an emergency and they were able to completely put my mind at ease.
After 30 years had to find a new dentist. I had the best experience ever with Dr Serra, and also his entire team. Friendly, welcoming environment. Dr Serra came in, introduced himself and talked to me about my issue. Just a great bedside manner which you don’t often find. Highly professional, took time to fully explain to be sure I understood the treatment plan. 10 stars!! I wish I had found this practice earlier!!
