If to are looking for your next apartment home then I highly recommend Hampton Park. The office staff, Wendi, and Monica are such lovely people. The property is kept very clean. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly.
Professional help
When new management came in it went downhill. You can never get ahold of anyone in the office, always goes to voicemail and voicemails go unanswered. When you finally do get someone through email the email you receive back is rude and your issue doesn’t get resolved in a timely manner. There is a serious bug (bed bug) problem at these apartments, the bed bug were in the laundry room and we had to have pest control comes multiple times after and it’s never communicated to you when someone will be there to spray, pest control ... read more
