We have an incredible team that runs Hampton Park. The management is really approachable they never act too busy for you. The maintenance team is professional. Super fast response time (most often the very same day of the request) they are skilled and thorough. They have recently been doing long overdue (20 years) maintenance on the AC in each unit flushing them and replacing blower motors. Karina and Wendi are outstanding in the leasing office and very transparent. Adam - who oversees maintenance and the grounds - is honest, capable, and seems to be able to do anything correctly and efficiently. I'm beyond impressed with their transparency and the ease of the move in. I highly recommend Hampton Park to anyone who wants to live in a quiet - very green and clean environment - with a kind and responsive team. I've lived in several apartments over the years - but this one is the best by far.
Just received an email that there’s a leak under the asphalt and they will be shutting the chiller off AGAIN this summer and I’m just curious when rent compensation comes into play when the chiller is down multiple days of the month and the apartments are unbearable?? I mean cmon, yall can put in solar panels but not update this air system?!
