Our furnace blower unexpectedly failed. Our neighbor helped us to get in contact with Hampton Mechanical to evaluate the problem. The service guy came the next day, he found that when the blower failed the furnace also had a small gas leak, so he shut off the gas valve for us. I am thankful he found this issue. Our furnace was almost 20 years old,, we had the option to fix or replace it. We decided it was best to replace it. They scheduled the replacement within 3 days, which was great.
