The older reviews about this management company are accurate....they definitely don't care about their tenants, have no follow thru and have the audacity to be rude. I guess they do what they are allowed to get with.
The building I reside in is well-run (great maintenance, porters, doormen)… HOWEVER Their in-office management (Brandon Taylor, specifically) behaves callous, increasing rent during lease renewals, and treating tenants rudely with the ‘what you gonna do about it’ attitude they wouldn’t dare use face-to-face. After dealing with Mr. Taylor, you’ll need a nice long shower.
