My first room had a non-functioning tv and the lamp flickered like an 80s strobe light. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was dead. They moved me to a room on the ground floor. It smelled like sewage. The whole ground floor does. I settled in my room despite the smell. The shower did not drain. They relocated me. The led tv screen is half blue and the toilet paper is dispensed from a rigged wire. SMH. I think I'm switching to marriot or ihg. Hilton isn't what it used to be. We wanted to love this place, Hilton hotels is usually great but this location was not. The staff seemed bothered every time we needed or asked a question, especially the front desk staff. We were also very dissatisfied with having no ventilation in the bathroom so it got extremely hot in our room when we showered. The bed wasn’t comfy, squeaked and felt like an old old mattress.
