Excellent customer service from all staff. Friendly and above and beyond for the few issues that popped up. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. Rooms are a but dark and small. Bathroom had an oddly shaped sink/counter but was sufficient. Hot tub is very, very small. Pool is warm, large and inviting. Towels in pool area are small but plentiful. Hotel mit allen was man braucht,👍
Most of the staff is terrific - very helpful and accommodating. However, the room was dirty. Every pair of socks worn without shoes in the room turned black on the bottom. I don’t believe the carpets have been cleaned in years and the tile floor in the entry way to the room and bathroom also turned black if you wiped up a spill or water. I hope they clean the place to make it a good place to stay in WP.
