Terrible! Elevator and pool out of order. I am disabled and had to climb stairs to second floor. When we got to the room there was what looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom the entire upstairs smelled like mold. The fridge didn’t work. Tried to get a refund was told 7-10 days so we had to stick it out. Moved us to a bottom floor room. Great service, clean, good size rooms, indoor swimming pool, quiet, good location, very good breakfasts in dining room. Decent price for the quality. I recommend this hotel to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
I have never stayed somewhere and had so many problems! My stay was about a month long June-July 2025. Complete chaos and stressful!! My experience: check in - no greeting and lady vented to me about another customer with expletives after waiting 5 minutes for her to acknowledge I was there… extremely unprofessional! +NO elevator. +NO pool. +poor breakfast options My room saga: Room One- smelt SO bad.
