Hotel’s outside upkeep was very good. The rooms too were pretty good. However I noticed some previous guest had covered the smoke detector with a food rap paper which I noticed only when I was lying down on the bed in the night. I hope the hotel staff notices that and removes the cover. Digital key worked perfectly fine unlike some of the other Hamptons. I couldn’t let them know as I checked out digitally and didn’t see the front desk staff.
I had stayed at another Hilton chain hotel the previous two nights and this was definitely a step down from what I had stayed in. My original room had a deadbolt lock that wouldn't lock so they moved me to another room without an issue.
What a warm welcome I received by the staff here as I charged my EV at the Flo charger in the back parking lot. Thanks, everyone!
Very spacious room, away from any noisy road, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Convenient to getting on highway to Norwich etc. Front desk very personable. Highly recommend.
