Absolutely horrible! Dirty bedding - possible lipstick or blood on pillow case. Room rundown and needing maintenance. Surfaces not clean. Smells of mold and mildew trying to be covered up with fragrance / perfume.
Terrible service. They ignored my requests for housekeeping and ran out of coffee for the rooms. The peloton bike in the fitness center was put together incorrectly & actually dangerous to ride. A polite plunger was next to the ice machine and a commercial blower in the hallway the entire stay.
There's dried cum on the walls and our artwork/decor was removed from our room. I also cannot use the in-room phone to call room service. I mean I'd probably stay here again though.
