Thanks for the less than accommodating experience, Andrew. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet but Andrew didn’t have time to even hear my request. That’s a shame from a soon to be Lifetime Diamond member. I think a quiet spot to use the internet for a Zoom call is a small ask after the more than 1000 night stays.
Really disappointed in my stay. Full remodel on the 3rd floor, get off work and want to relax and watch tv for a minute and all I hear is hammering. Would have stayed somewhere else if I had known this.
This inn is under construction and every room we checked on all three floors was moldy so black moldy that you couldn't stay in them. And the third floor that is under construction has no air conditioning in the hallway. Jason, our clerk was more than attentive and so helpful and refunding our money for the rooms. I could not have asked for a better service
This place has very poor customer service. I cancelled my reservation 3 months in advance and they refused to refund me. My trip was for the beginning of Oct. Beware of this happening to you
