I have been to this location several times with my young boy as we visit family in town. The service is always top notch, the rooms are in immaculate condition, and the breakfast is great. We love coming here and will continue to do so.
The hotel was very nice all that I have come to expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Rooms was nice. Customer service was nice. The breakfast selection was excellent and the area was kept very clean.

Would give a zero if able! We only stayed here because we had points to use! Highly recommend the Holiday Inn in West Plains. Save your money and grief! If you have points like us, use elsewhere. My husband booked using our points, and they charged full price and would not fix their keying error. The rooms were ok, nothing great. Water pressure was terrible.
