Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a good location for our needs. Parking free and easy.
Friendly service and excellent breakfast! The rooms were nice and the hotel was pretty clean. Upon arrival, my toilet was clogged…but the employees were quick to address the issue. I was in town for work and the location was very convenient to the airport, but seemed to not be in a great area of town overall. The pool looked awesome, but unfortunately it closed at sunset and I was not able to enjoy it. Behind the hotel seemed to be somewhat of an industrial park or something. I was trying to have a seat till my classes start and man shoo me aw like I was some kind of animal. Everyone that works there acts to bougie for a hotel inn. The WORST.
Stayed here overnight before a very early flight out of PBI. The room was clean and comfortable, but the biggest perk was the free airport shuttle. Also, we really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were - the front desk attendant offered us complimentary, pre-packed breakfast bags since we were up too early for the hotel's hot breakfast.
