Great location able to visit other towns near by. Service was amazing. When I called to make sure our reservation had our dog on it they took it a step further and make sure we were near elevator and gave us a list of dog friendly places to go as well as hiking trails too. They gave us a little card to put on our door to let housekeeping know that there was a dog in there. Room was very clean
The encounters with staff was disappointing. I requested a bathmat and was told they only give out one per stay. We never even had one in our room at the start of the stay. I asked for more wash cloths and was told I had to give mine before I could get some, but gave me them anyways. Then was told to put the other ones on the floor outside of door. Place was clean, bed was very comfy, nice decor, I have zero complaints! The staff was friendly, they did not have hazelnut creamer!!! But overall it’s all beautiful clean place
Worst Experience I have ever had. This Specific Hilton was listed on booking.com. I through a travel agency booked a reservation. A blizzard hit my city, and I attempted to cancel the entire trip. I got the travel agency to go through booking.com and cancel the reservation. They requested a cancellation and this Hilton Failed to respond to booking.com. I then called Hilton and they told me that my reservation was indeed canceled and the cancellation fee was waived. The NEXT day i got a $715 charge from them and they informed... read more
Convenient and easy access. Staff was wonderful and accommodating for large block group. Will choose them every time.
