I just got back from my stay at the hotel. I had a slight issue with my reservation and wanted to request a certain room type. I honestly thought there would be no resolution until Keya stepped in. I arrived at the hotel on July 3 rd and the handicapped room type I needed was the room I received. This would have not happened without Keya's help. Nice hotel as expected. They were doing renovations but kept everything contained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No light bulbs except the one by the door. Charging station was broke and inoperable. Tub drain clogged. Construction workers working after quiet hours and not just by a minute or two we are talking hours. The excuse was because they were behind. Front staff did nothing about any of the issues when we reported them immediately after being found. We would not recommend this property.
