Had a reservation for 4 days with Expedia was going to arrive a day early so called direct to make reservations for 1 day before and added a day after the 4 Expedia days. But there was a mix up on thier part and was on our way to savanna they called said we did not have any reservation past 4 days and the Craig was quite ignorant. When we returned that evening we were locked out of our room and had to re register . Talked with the manager the next day and he apologized . Off gassing in rooms from renovations. Hotel should be closed until it is safe for people to stay. Fumes will make you sick and cause skin and eye irritation. DO NOT stay. I’m sick right now.
