Nice hotel, clean rooms.
I made my reservations for the hotel on the Hilton app. The rate charged for the room was higher than the rate in the app. I tried multiple times to talk to the GM about the rate, but each time the GM was not available. The total charge for three nights in Waycross, GA was $640.61. The average cost per night for other Hamptons within an hour of Waycross is $142.75 per night. Other issues: 1. No AC in the lobby 2. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I dont know who left these high reviews , but they definitely don't know quality and service. The customer service sucks- they treat you like they are letting you stay and youre not a PAYING guest. No late checkouts, no sense of hospitality.. they literally act like they are doing you a favor with whats customary at other hotels. No turn down service- shocker! Marvin was great! Kudos to him!
