Worst Hampton Inn I have ever been to. Rooms where dated, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom, hallways need to be cleaned, no AC either. Front desk did seem to care. Never again
10/10 Experience at Hampton Inn Waterbury I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in Waterbury, CT. As someone who travels weekly for business and spends a significant amount of time in hotels, they can often start to feel very similar. This property stood out because of the exceptional service provided by Regina at the front desk. Regina went above and beyond throughout my stay. I’m on the 4th floor and the drier is so bad that it shakes the entire room. Last time I stayed here I was right above it and it would shake so bad the lamp would fall over. The last time I was here it caught fire, the department was here.. and it seems like they still didn’t fix it. Please just be careful if you want to visit here, and rethink it if you have children.
