The website clearly shows the pool as available. When you’re paying $200 a night, you expect to be able to relax and enjoy the pool area. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were unavailable during our stay. If that had been disclosed on the website before booking, we would not have booked this hotel.
Super clean Hampton Inn. Property is well lit at night, staffed well, indoor pool and fitness center. The 2 till 11 shift male staff member is fabulous. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and eager to help out new and existing guest. Thank you so very much for a fantastic night stay .(Mr Jeter). Great staff, clean hotel. All the ladies up front were a dream to talk with. They even hooked me up with the local fresh seafood market. They have changed from this last post. Face-lift outside looked great, staff has changed completely. 1 elevator didnt seem to work. Waffle batter in the morning was very watery. And if breakfast is UNTIL 10, you start closing down food, AT 10. At 15 till they were almost completely clean of breakfast. Not what I liked the last time.
