They couldn't get the air conditioner to work in our room. They failed to tell us there was a water main break so the water was not drinkable until after we drank the water!!!! No signs at any of the water fountains!!!!

Not a pleasant stay. So many things went wrong I lost count. First room we were in: broken lamp, no heat (thermostat not accurate either), no bar soap in bathroom (soap cannister is mounted on the wall away from the sink and inaccessible to short people), and very low water pressure in the shower. We had to move to a second room, because there was no heat (in the winter!). In that room there was no regular coffee, only decaf. So I stayed there a little less than a month ago now for a volleyball tournament on the 13th-14th and I understand shit happens with bookings like these because it’s someone else booking them in bulk, however this was probably one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had… typically we must check in before midnight, however I knew both me and my assistant coach would not make it there before then so I did call ahead to let them know, lady on the phone was great, super sweet and helpful.
