If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived with my family and immediately regretted my decision to book this hotel. The parking lot was dirty, and the property is located directly off the highway. Upon entering, the hotel appeared old, run-down, and unclean. I also observed other guests whose behavior made me believe they were under the influence of drugs, which made my family and me feel unsafe. There are so many other hotels to stay at in the area. Don't waste your time at this one. I wish I could've written a better review, but management refused to make things right. Won't even off the SLIGHTEST bit of compensation after the following issues occurred during our stay - Pool unavailable - A/c broken in 1st room (had to move rooms) - Microwave didn't work in 1st room - Multiple ice machines in the hotel were out of order - 1st room had dirty sheets on the pullout couch - Random dog wandering the lobby and hallways (... read more

I cannot say enough good things about the front desk team at this property! Primarily Elida and Austin. I accidentally left a very important item behind in my room and didn't realize it until I had already left. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to track down my item left behind. They worked tirelessly to locate it, kept me updated throughout the process, and securely mailed it right back to me. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests truly saved the day. Outstanding customer service!
