Celeste was super friendly and helpful
Fine overall, but definitely not what we expected Our stay was okay overall, but for the price and being a Hampton Inn, we honestly expected more. We’re a family of six and stayed for a week in two rooms next to each other. We requested housekeeping, but our rooms were never cleaned. We were also told that if we kept making requests for things like housekeeping or an extra blanket, we would be charged. The front desk lady was very nice to call us and let us check in at 2 pm, instead of 4 pm. We arrived around 11 am. The vinyl plank floors are nice & look cleaner than carpet. The best thing about all the rooms are the ocean views and their modern showers. The worst thing about this hotel is the restaurant, Chico's. It has the slowest service and bland food.
