I would not recommend this hotel. Not sure it if they were managers to employees but they were awfully rude.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk staff is polite however, the manager Amber is very rude and unprofessional. I stayed at this hotel August 29-31 2025. The first room that they checked me into, A/C was broken (like in actual pieces) and the room smelled like mildew and funk. They checked me into a second room which was a little better. managers are so rude and food is always undercooked and cleaning ladies just walk around and leave all the trash on the floor. asked manager for help i believe her name was amber and she said she didn’t have time to help me.

The manager amber (im assuming she is) is very very rude. I had a question and all she did was snap back at me!!!! I was in the 3rd floor and I seen her come out smoking with some man that I assume are housekeeping!!! The halls and rooms smelled so bad!!! I would say this is not a recommended hotel!!!!
