Seems to be a newer place still clean rooms and beds are still nice like hasn't had a chance for the kids or 500lb people to break them down yet
Very clean and great front desk. If I could make one suggestion, switch the meat in the morning to bacon or regular sausage. No one eats that bratwurst/kielbasa sausage covered in syrup. Every time we come there, we see people put it on their plate and take one bite and throw it away.
The hotel was new and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. Thank you Alaia and Jenae for making my stay pleasant.
By far my favorite hotel in Union City TN
This hotel has poor customer service at the front desk. Just drive to the Martin, TN location. (Thank me later.) I am a Hilton Diamond member: 1. There was no, «Thank you for being a Hilton Diamond member» at check-in. Receptionists are Dry, Day #1 2. Ordered a snack from snack station, «We don’t do receipts.» Since I MUST have an acct. of ALL expenses during travel, I requested a receipt again, and was given a sticky note with the price on it.
