We had a terrible experience. They mixed our rooms up with someone and gave them a key to our room. Those people came in our room and hung out on our bed. Our room was not cleaned and the trash was not taken out one time the entire 4 days. When we left, we had a $250 cleaning charge. They mixed our room up with that persons again and charged us for it. We were here for my friends party we arrived at the hotel at around 6:50 ish the manger said they saw us come in nobody said anything to us until it was 9:40 at that point we were in the pool and they said we were having a party which was not allowed we at the time did not know you couldn’t have parties and that everyone had to leave even my friend who bought the room and that he would have to call on Monday to talk about getting a refund we weren’t given any warnings or anything we also weren’t being loud the people across ... read more
