I wouldn't stay here I don't smoke and was charged for smoking when I left the cleaning people was in my room np days later charged for smoken employees up in there smoken and charging guests 250 dollar smoke fee go to martin UC is not trustworthy on your money beds was damp air barley worked and there employees smoke n charge it on guest also had to go ask for towels and 3 cleaners n another room chilling haven a good ol time which is probably the same 1s was in my room smoken after check out runnnn don't stay here

Stayed a week for work, and happened to have some trouble with the A/C unit in the room that I occupied. Informed the desk staff of the problem, and immediately, my issue became the desk staffs number one priority. Thank you so much for the help, as it is very much appreciated!

We had a terrible experience. They mixed our rooms up with someone and gave them a key to our room. Those people came in our room and hung out on our bed. Our room was not cleaned and the trash was not taken out one time the entire 4 days. When we left, we had a $250 cleaning charge. They mixed our room up with that persons again and charged us for it.
