The room appeared clean but it was woefully stinky. It stunk like vomit even though it appeared to be clean. All I got at the front desk about this is a “we are all booked, sorry” response and a scented cleaning spray. Even after spending the evening with the window open and generously spraying the air with that spray, the stench never went completely away.
Clean and comfortable
I’ve been staying at the Hampton Inn Ukiah for weeks at a time while working in the area for Sysco, so I’ve gotten to know the hotel and staff pretty well. Brandon has always been great to deal with. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome, even when I’m staying for an extended period of time. After being on the road and working long days, having someone at the hotel who is consistently helpful and welcoming really makes a difference.
