Very, very dated. The couch in the lobby is loaded with pillows to cover how much it sinks down. I used online check in, but never saw anyone at the front desk. Not what I expect from Hilton. The beds and pillows were fine. The room was clean. It was all just okay.
I'm giving the 5 stars to Jeremy and that's the only reason. He gives excellent customer service. Goes out of his way to make hotel guests feel important. And makes sure we are completely satisfied. I did find out this evening that he will be leaving...He is a HUGE asset to this hotel. They are loosing one of their best employees. Now onto Mindy.
