Not worth the price - doesn’t have the quality This location has several issues with it that is not consistent with other Hilton hotels. The breakfast, room offerings, and service are not on par with what would be expected from a $195 a night lodging. What it seems to me is that they spend too much money on decor and not on service and quality. Worst hotel I’ve ever had to stay at. You can’t hook anything else up to the tv other than their direct tv. The lady at the counter tried to give me a remote that worked but it didn’t work at all. Everything in the room is super loud. The wood between rooms are thin and you can hear everything the other people around you are doing. The breakfast downstairs tastes terrible and the orange juice had clumps of something in it. Hilton would have been the better way to go.
We rented then canyon business room it was great and they staff was every helpful and friendly.
Emma was great! She makes guests feel very welcome.
Great experience while staying here.
