First day we arrived, we had to be relocated because of a problem with the door. Took the kids to the pool and it was drained, would have been nice to let us customers know in advance at the front desk. After dinner i decided to use the gym, the treadmill did not work and the other two machines were not even plugged with missing electric cables, just sitting there looking pretty.
