The rooms…man the rooms are rough. For starters the toilet has zero pressure and clogs from a single use of toilet paper. I blew my nose and flushed it and it clogged. Mentioned to the front desk and they said “well, do you need a plunger?” And I almost said Duh, then tells me to come get one from the desk, I ask her to bring it up to me since it’s 8am. This is by far the best place I ever stayed with my family. Staffs are all nice, and the room is clean. My husband and I have been staying with kids, and I am very satisfied with my experience here.
Hampton Inn is know for providing a consistent and comfortable experience, but this specific location goes the extra mile. Keep up the good work!
