Housekeeping awful, I just check in and I have a 1/4 toilet paper and no body wash. That I need to go pick up at the front desk. Even I requested multiple times it’s still not being cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet I caught the server stacking the bagels and breads with her bear hands. NASTY! Never again going to check in to this location.
Booked a reservation online and their website said there were rooms available, got a confirmation # and everything. Turns out, they booked and then cancelled my reservation about 20 minutes later and I didn’t see the email due to driving. No call, no info other than a cancellation email. Didn’t know my reservation was cancelled until I pulled up, unloaded my luggage and attempted to check in.
