This is definitely a great Hampton Inn location. I've slept a lot of nights in hotels and had plenty of experience with various staffs. The location is great. Easy on and off the highway despite the exit being closed right now. This staff is top notch which makes all of the difference. My room's AC was definitely not working properly until the last night. Grace did offer to transfer my room but in my experience that's a lot of work for little resolution. I give Grace total credit for offering the right solution. I did not ac... read more
