I am writing to let everyone know about the absolutely outstanding service I received the morning of 07AUG25 from Wendy and her team at the Hampton Inn Tropicana in Las Vegas. I arrived with a reservation issue and a request for an early check-in, and the staff handled everything flawlessly. Wendy and Gia were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. Marjorie, the lady at breakfast, is truly an asset to this hotel. She is extremely attentive, incredibly friendly, and always has a warm smile on her face. She takes care of every guest’s needs and is ready to help wherever she can. Her dedication and kindness made our stay a wonderful experience. We truly hope to return soon.
Our favorite place to stay at when we visit with my wife. Very close to strip, freeways, grocery store, restaurants and common local stores. Hotel is brilliant. Great breakfast included. Flexible pool hours. Easy parking.
