This is my second time staying here. Check in was frustrating since there was a discrepancy with the site used to book and the hotel which resulted in my having to pay twice and having to go back and forth with the check in lady who was not concerned at all with the inconvenience and poor communication. I asked for a receipt or a break down of what I was paying before I paid with my card and was told that wouldn’t be possible until I checked out. Very clean but parking was a block away and you have to pay for the garage and it's open to the public so anyone has access to the garage 24/7
