Customer service was great upon entering everyone spoke friendly and no issue with the tap pay or credit machine just a good experience . In the city so convenient to everything
I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay. The room was clean, as were the halls and common spaces. I never heard hotel noise while in my room, but could hear traffic (to be expected) on the 6th floor. The staff were kind, outgoing, and helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast; it just wasn't very flavorful.
Great hotel, great staff, good location, terrible parking.
