Staff was very friendly and attentive. Found some hairs in the shower upon check in. Parking was easy and free.
Ty does a great job, very accommodating and pleasant! Made check-in a breeze, with a good sense of humor and kindness! Rooms are very clean! Nice place to be!
After a horrendous 8 hrs drive from Fort Myers(bad accidents) we made it to the hotel 4 hrs late! Our service was fantastic! We we hungry & the hubby was just going to order a pizza. Ty, the night mgr suggested the restaurant behind them, Bahama Breeze. We went, had a great dinner & we’re back in the room & asleep 2 hrs later! Our room was clean, quiet & the beds were comfy. We had the “penthouse” without the view HA!
