If I could do less than 1 star I would. I booked a room for an employee, and they wouldn't allow her to check in. That was the best effort they put forth. They proceeded to lambast one of our managers who tried to rectify the situation, then I called with the payment confirmation again, and the front desk manager began yelling at me, telling me to take it up with her GM in the morning. If you're looking to break your back while being completely motionless, then this is the hotel for you. I have to say, the beds at this location are the most uncomfortable POS I have ever slept on. The 1 inch mattress I had in boot camp for the military was a better sleep than whatever cardboard they called a mattress was. The room was free of bugs at least so thank for doing the bare minimum? Also this hotel company prevents you lowering the AC below either 68F or 66F, can't remember which it was. I had a thermometer on the... read more
