I booked this hotel because i was told it had airport transportation and port transportation to only get to the front desk the day of my cruise and get told it is 40 person and u had to have been on the list. When i checked in nothing like this was told to me or even when i booked it said nothing like this. Breakfast wasn’t good at all and looks from the website of the rooms are very much deceiving.
I am pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is! We were greeted by Annawdi who was so friendly and courteous! The room is clean and bright! Fresh cookies and coffee available at the front desk! It’s located so close to the airport with a free shuttle (you should tip the driver if course!) and it’s only a $20 ride to the cruise port! What a great find!!
I can't recall the last time I stayed in a hotel anywhere without some sort of laundry, self-service or otherwise. Oddly enough there's a plastic laundry bag in the room. Not a deal breaker for your average leisure traveler but a big one for airline crew or the biz traveler. Front desk gentleman overnight is friendly, professional and efficient. Air con units need some serious attention. Very noisy and operate roughly. Ear plugs are your friend here. Not a bad property per se but definitely not standout for more than a night... read more
We stayed 1 night coming off a 2 week cruise and flying home the following day. The young lady working the front desk was amazingly cheerful and helpful even though it was a little hectic with several families in the lobby waiting for the shuttle service to the cruise port. She helped us to secure our luggage since we had arrived well before check-in (it was around 9am).
