The property was clean and good. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The property is very close to the airport and also to soen very good restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel offers 24 hr free shuttle service. This service is amazing and the staff driving around are very helpful and reliable. My special thanks to Mike. He picked us up from the airport and helped us get familiar with the area. He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable.
This hotel is 5 stars because of the staff. I stay in over 100 room night per year and the staff here makes you feel like your home. From the desk check in (I think she’s the owner/GM), to Annie at breakfast, we felt very welcome. We had a small issue and it was taken care of immediately and they even followed up to make sure we were happy. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
