We had a great stay! Fair prices, excellent breakfast, and clean rooms. Small pool, but across from Lake Superior. Has a Dunkin Donuts Next door and an amazing Ramen restaurant across the parking lot. Highly recommend for some amazing Ramen.
Nice hotel for a hockey stay.
Person I checked in with, her name is Natalie. And she did not acknowledge that I was a diamond. She did not offer me any water. I had to ask for it. And she really seemed like she had an attitude and did not want to be there. Otherwise I've never had a problem at this location
Hotel is maintained very well. You have to drive down a driveway for some apartments to get to the hotel. There is plenty of parking, even for trucks with trailers. Breakfasts have been good. Lots of different hot and cold options. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the associates I've had contact with have been helpful and polite. I prefer to stay in this hotel when in superior.
