Probably nicest hotel you’ll find in Sulphur Springs. Staff were friendly. Rooms were pretty good, just some cosmetic stuff which needed repair. However they were in process of remodeling. A little loud from outside noise as it close to interstate and main road. Maybe get a room on east side of building vs west side. Got to breakfast bar at 810am Saturday morning, it was wiped out! I used this hotel as my wedding hotel block. It was nearly impossible to communicate or get anything set up. I called several times to set the block up and was told I could only talk to the manager Jessica. I called multiple times after they told me when she’d be working, only to be told she actually wasn’t. Once I finally got a hold of her, setting the block up was simple. Not my best experience. It took me a while to find someone that worked their. I had to call them on the phone to get help.
