Not good. Refrigerator did not work ruined my food.... Bathroom sink did not work...what a joke! Broken tiles in bath area. Corners nasty and has not been cleaned... Management did not follow-through with promise to look into this mess. THREE IS GENEROUS, bc bed was clean and very comfortable. Go to Clarion Point. My stay there the previous visit was way better, no comparison.
I’m staying at your hotel for work. I was satisfied with all of your staff but one person. This front desk employee was named Jessica, if I was given the right name. 09/21/25. She was working with a young man this morning. I wish I had his name. I spoke to the young man first. The young lady came out from the back soon after.
