We booked this hotel on the Hilton app (Hilton property) because we stayed here before going through Yuma. When we arrived after a long drive day, the front desk person was less than courteous OR helpful and stated with no room for negotiation that they do NOT have to honor the Hilton app price AND the pet fee (for a “pet-friendly” hotel) was $125 (we are used to paying $25 and know that’s a part of traveling with a pet). She did not care that we had confirmation on the Hilton app and did not want to see what we had booked. ... read more
