The AC kept turning off in the night. The whole room was damp by the time they ‘fixed’ it. The motion sensor on the thermostat is programmed to go off when you are asleep. No help. Pool closes at 7pm. Left a new shirt hanging in the and it wasn’t turned in so the front desk basically called me a liar bc housekeeping didn’t turn one in. Motorcycle club was there the whole weekend so it was obnoxious. Bacon bits and powdered eggs for breakfast. Parking lot lights go dark at midnight so don’t go outside during the night. Great hotel big rooms, free breakfast , gym, pool,they have coffee ☕️ all day in lobby free, walk 10 min to central Ave. #20 bus to Woodlawn #4 train south to manhattan or #20 bus to white plains westchester. Best location 👌. Nice staff.
10/10 experience. my husband and our dog stayed here over the weekend and we had a great stay. There were plenty of areas for dogs, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was great!
