No bartender, desk beer prices ridiculous, room fees ridiculous.
The stay was great and everything was clean.
I'd probably never stay here again. The room is nice and hotel is clean and nice. But I had to be moved as soon as I checked in. The entire hallway and my room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Not! Definitely not enforced. And it's extremely loud. I've slept very little my entire stay. Nonstop doors slamming all hours of the night. And above my room constant banging and sounds like kids running around. Miserable stay. To say the least. Very disappointed!!!
They charged us 2x for deposit during check-im. Staff said there was an error on the first debit charge and she will void it. She then ran my card again and said that the deposut will be refunded 5 days after checkout. The 2nd transaction was refunded but the 1st transaction was never returned. I ended up reporting it with my bank. They also never provided me with a detailed receipt at checkout. Parking is NOT free. The hallways smell like weed!
I accidentally left my mother’s wedding & engagement rings (she passed in 2014) on a table in the room & contacted the hotel as soon as I realized after checking out. I was told “the cleaning staff didn’t find anything.” Several phone calls later, I FINALLY reached the manager on duty, explained the situation, offered a $5,000 no-questions-asked reward for the return of them.
