It's extremely unfortunate that a hotel that is primed for success based on its location short circuits that potential with not providing a clean space, a decent breakfast and a staff that will do what they say. Dining area looks worn out, the carpet when you enter is filthy, and our room had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The "hot" part of the breakfast bar was almost inedible (avoid the scrambled eggs).
