I’ve stayed at this property several times over the past few years. It is not my go-to hotel in the Woodward area. With wonderful no-contact amenities, a helpful front desk staff, and well appointed rooms, it’s a wonderful home away from home. They are also a great pet-friendly hotel!
None of air conditioner in the common area or the hallway was not working and then I was not charged the price. I was quoted because they said I used to Expedia and I didn’t.
The pool area felt like it was above 100 degrees in there. I guess so it make the the 84 degree water feel cool. The light in the was not in its position, it looked like it had came out.
Had difficulty getting the Fox channel for soccer ⚽. The on duty desk clerk helped in a timely manner. It never did work. He checked back several times. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice variety. Would stay here again.
This place was fine and adequate for the night. The staff was extremely nice and helpful but we stay on about 25 Hampton inns a year to the point where my wife has often said that Hampton Inn is like coming home for us. For some reason I’m starting to see cleanliness slipping in the rooms and common areas in Hampton inn. Little things but I saw carpet that was not properly vacuumed and dirty grout in shower. We like Hampton but it maybe time to switch to a new credit card for hotels .
