Room refresh scheduled every other day, except they show up at 8am. See the Don't Disturb door hanger and leave a note and never come back! Breakfast 7-10am, 3 days in a row food mostly gone, all juice dispensers empty by 9:15 am. Attendant in the back playing on her phone. 😕
0/10 do not recommend this hotel. We had a suite booked and showed up after a nine hour drive and they did not have our room that we booked available. Not only that, but no keys were available and we would have had to have someone escort us to let us in our room if we stayed. I do not recommend this hotel. It is horrible. Don’t stay here. They say in the response that they had the suite we reserved for us, but that isn’t what they said when they turned us away at 2am after a long trip.
Clean rooms and hotel in general and has a pool. Staff is great!
