I never leave a review but I cancelled my stay because I realized it’s a basic motel with hotel name and prices. The beds are the old uncomfortable spring motel type beds and not the updated beds posted on google “the signature Hampton Bed” designed with a plush surface and innerspring construction I’ve experienced in the past. The pillows are also motel air pillows, the phone didn’t work and just one grainy channel. Upon entry, surfaces were noticeably dirty to include the doors, counters and table. Our room smelled like stale smoke although we were supposed to be on a smoke free floor. Our beds were hard as rocks and my husband woke up with a stiff back. I ended up on the sofa which provide more comfort than the beds. We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and the hotel staff was not very helpful in resolving that issue. This prevented us from being able to use the TV or connect my son's game system. Our room REEKED of cigarettes. Like not a faint smell, it was to the point that we were gagging in the bathroom. The bathroom didn't even have a fan so we couldn't air it out. We thought it wouldn't be a big deal because we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in the room as we were there for a wedding, but the smell stayed just as strong that we were coughing and gagging in the morning too.
