The front desk clerk was amazing and kind. She was wonderful.
Tina, Lucia, and Parry were the highlight of my stay. They were so helpful to our family traveling with a baby. The rooms were clean upon arrival although the available amenities were inconsistent. One room had a fridge and the other didn’t. Would be great if this could be improved to ensure all rooms have fridges.
The rooms were good for our family of 3, pretty clean and spacious. However, we were expecting to have a fridge and microwave in our room and were disappointed to see we couldn’t store all the food we had brought with us. The breakfast here was just not very good at all .. and we are usually fans of any hotel breakfast. The eggs were cold, the toast was hard, potatoes had some seasoning that felt sandy, and overall nothing tasted good :/
Rooms were not very maintained staff was very rude and ignorant breakfast was nothing but toast the pools and hot tub were filthy dirty
