Needed extra towels and lady brought them up within a couple minutes.
First of all, you walk in the heat knocks you out and it smells musty. Tried checking in at 345 (45 minutes after posted arrival time) and our room wasn't ready. I asked if we would get a discount and the manger proceeded to make excuses for their lack of timelines. Not once did he apologize.
This is a sub par hotel. - The beds are creaky! - The hot water tap does not work smoothly. You get warm water till the very end and then suddenly it is very hot - On one morning, the wifi was not working. I asked the front desk and she said it was due to a power blip. I asked when it will start again, and she non-chalantly said "I dont know". The wifi finally started working about 4 hours after it had stopped working.
