My wife is a loyal Hilton Honors rewards member and stays at Hilton properties regularly for business travel. She requested a 1:00 p.m. checkout (something she has never had an issue with at any other Hilton) but was checked out at 12:30 p.m. without her consent. This upset her and left her feeling undervalued as a loyal guest. This hotel needs a major renovation! I ended having an asthma attack due to mold in the a/c unit. The doors looked like they have all been jimmied open, when walking barefoot across the carpet and stepped into the shower my feet were totally filthy, and when it rained the a/c sucked in water which caused the hidden mold in the unit to bloom. Never again, too many other, better options nearby… and the fitness room is extremely tiny. Just not a good hotel anymore…

I love staying at this hotel! I travel to Wichita every single week so having a hotel I like is super important! The rooms are clean and comfy, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect!
My husband and I were stranded in the middle of Kansas with engine trouble while on our way to our daughter's wedding. We were towed to a Firestone in Northeast Wichita. We walked across the street to this hotel. After a long day of traveling and two hours on the roadside in the hot, late June sun, Courtney and Ashley immediately greeted us with kindness and compassion.
