I had 2 reserved rooms at the Hampton Inn in West Point, MS. Upon arrival the guy at the desk said $250.00 each would be charged to my account, since I was from Aberdeen, MS. He stated that Aberdeen people come to get a room and doesn't stay the night, because they come to smoke weed. I told him I was a Hilton Member and I was there for a family reunion. I checked in on the app a day early and selected my room and the electronic key, which was waiting for the room to be ready. When I arrived the key still wasn’t issued and I had to go to the desk, where I was told I had not checked in and my 1st floor room was not available. The room I was given, 201, was horrifying…when I opened the door, I thought someone was already in the room! The TV was on, bed not made and towels and trash everywhere.
