I had 2 reserved rooms at the Hampton Inn in West Point, MS. Upon arrival the guy at the desk said $250.00 each would be charged to my account, since I was from Aberdeen, MS. He stated that Aberdeen people come to get a room and doesn't stay the night, because they come to smoke weed. I told him I was a Hilton Member and I was there for a family reunion. I checked in on the app a day early and selected my room and the electronic key, which was waiting for the room to be ready. When I arrived the key still wasn’t issued and I had to go to the desk, where I was told I had not checked in and my 1st floor room was not available. The room I was given, 201, was horrifying…when I opened the door, I thought someone was already in the room! The TV was on, bed not made and towels and trash everywhere. Front desk personnel except KiKi customer service is horrendous. Upon check in I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to assist me at 9 pm on 6/27. On 6/31 the young man at the front desk act totally annoyed that I requested an invoice. This is the only hotel in the town and need to do better.

Upon check in, the man at the desk promptly charged my bank account for $492 for a one night stay! I had told him one night possibly two if I didn’t finish my plans! When I checked out I told the lady at the desk the mistake and she gave me a revised bill showing $219 room plus taxes! But $492 still on my bank. My bank declined the $492 because of my request!
