If you receive room 129 at check-in, you might consider asking for a new room or finding a new hotel. The hotel admitted that they "try not to assign this room", but they were full. They confirmed they have tried to insulate the water pump that shakes and roars (particularly as they are running laundry), but it doesn't work. They should remove this room from their inventory. And worst off, they still charged us full price. The beds are also hard as a rock.

This place is my home away from home the staff is amazing there is no other hotel I rather stay in then here at the Hampton inn in west bend! The pool is 5 stars heated and so nice and same with the hot tub I love the room great view and also breakfast is great! I low-key stay here almost a month out of the year every year!

Room was clean & good, but bed closest to AC was too cold compared to rest of room. Front desk staff were very helpful.

We had a beautiful room on the first floor. However we had the bad fortune of being placed in a room next to the building ventilation or some type of equipment that cycled loudly every 10-15 or so minutes. We were exhausted and had ear plugs so we toughed it out. Avoid room 129!
