This would be our second stay here with issues so please be advised with this review. Arrived as a Hilton Honors member and received no option to upgrade. Checked rates at this properties web site and rates were much cheaper than what we were paying for this stay We were told they were booked sold for our time at property which was untrue as there was low occupancy.
